Strap Mag LLC is dedicated to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Our goal is to ship out same-day, but weekends and after-hours may impact that. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details once your package has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be visible before you confirm your payment.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to local carrier delays peak, weather, etc.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Tracking via the courier may be delayed as they process the package and load shipping timelines.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Strap Mag LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after completing your purchase, contact us immediately at strapmagproduct@gmail.com. We can only adjust addresses before the order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at strapmagproduct@gmail.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
