Refund policy
Overview
All sales are final. Return requests must be submitted immediately upon receipt of your package. To be eligible for a return evaluation, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As Is Clause
Except for the express limited warranty provided, all products are sold "as is" without any further warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limited Warranty & Stipulations
All products are inspected and tested before being packaged and shipped. Refunds or replacements cover manufacturing defects only. Our warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from:

Use with non-MagSafe compatible accessories or damage caused by third-party gear

Accidental drops, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear
How to Start a Request
To initiate a request, contact us immediately at strapmagproduct@gmail.com. Please note that authorized returns must be sent to our business address only. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Due to our "All Sales Final" policy, we do not offer standard exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if a refund or replacement was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from confirmation.
